Assistant Estate Manager


  • Act as the on-site in-charge in overseeing all aspects of the property management functions including Cleaning, Security and Maintenance
  • Degree holder in Hospitality / Property Management or related disciplines. Solid experience in dealing with owners’ organizations is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hospitality / Property Management industry of which minimum 2 years at supervisory level, preferably gained from luxury residential building / Serviced Apartment / hotel management
  • Possess MCIH or equivalent professional qualification, knowledgeable in BMO, mature, independent, having strong interpersonal and PR skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
