Customer Service Officer and Customer Service Assistant


  • Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a commercial building
  • Duties include liaising with owners / tenants, handling inquiries and complaints, supervising site staff and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
  • Form 5 or above with at least 2 years’ experience in property management 
  • Holders of Security Personnel Permit and possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work independently and willing to work on shift 
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese is essential
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
