Front Desk Officer / Concierge

  • Responsible for front desk operation including handling telephone inquiries / complaints, providing courteous services to owners and visitors, building up and maintaining harmonious relationship with all prestigious residents there, etc.
  • Graduates from technical college or hotel school preferred
  • From 7 or above with at least 1 year's sound customer service experience in property management / hotel / hospitality field will also be considered
  • Possess a valid Secuirty Personnel Permit and Q.A.S Certificate recognized by SGSIA
  • Customer-serivce oriented, helpful, with strong initiative, and good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
