Won Certificate of Merit – Property Management Sectoral Awards at ‘2013 HKAEE"
World Tech Centre managed by Harriman won the Certificate of Merit at the "2013 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) - Sectoral Awards" with good performance and efforts to environmental excellence. World Tech Centre had won the Certificate of Merit in the same competition for 2 consecutive years since 2012.

Harriman is recognized with SBI Verified Mark
Harriman's properties have joined the SBI (Sustainable Building Index) scheme and recognized by HKQAA with SBI Vertified Marks given.

Recognitions in Wood Recycling & Tree Conservation Scheme
Harriman and her 20 managed properties have been awarded certificate on “Wood Recycling & Tree Conservation Scheme” presented by Hong Kong Environmental Protection Association as the first honorable supporting organization who is successful to discharge the social responsibility of protection of environmental resources.

Project WeCan “English Cooking Class at Pacific Club”
Harriman Property Management Ltd. had arranged the HHCKLA Buddhist Ching Kok Secondary School 21 S1 students to join an English Cooking Class at Pacific Club on 17th March, 2014 as part of the Project WeCan activities to improve the English of the students and widen their exposure.

Telford House, one of the prime office buildings managed by Harriman won the Best Property Safety Management Award: Bronze Award which was jointly organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Council, Labour Department and the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies.

Project WeCan "Harriman Career Day"
To equip the Project WeCan students with basic job hunting skills, a Career Day was organized for the S5 & S6 students at HHCKLA Buddhist Ching Kok Secondary School, the partnering school under Project WeCan Program, on 27 February 2014.
