Several properties managed by Harriman, including Wheelock House, One Island South, One Midtown, and Bellagio, received multiple awards across the Office Building, Industrial, and Large-scale Residential categories at the HKIFM Annual Dinner cum EFMA 2025 Presentation Ceremony held on 18 March 2026.
Among them, Wheelock House, One Midtown, and Bellagio were honoured with the “Excellence Award”, while One Island South received the “Merit Award”, fully recognising Harriman’s professional management performance across different property types.
Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, this year’s awards ceremony was themed “Embracing ESG, Empowering Community”, recognising facility management teams that effectively incorporate ESG principles into daily operations to create sustainable value for stakeholders and the community. The recognition of multiple projects further demonstrates the company’s strong commitment to sustainability and its continued dedication to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality property management services.
