Our team pays careful attention to the life cycle of plant and equipment ensuring they are running efficiently and operating at their peak performance so as to minimize interruptions to our buildings’ services.
Our maintenance services include general building maintenance, central air-conditioning and ventilation system, fire services system, plumbing and drainage, electrical system as well as lift and escalator.
We check all incomes and expenditures cautiously and keep proper books and records for our clients. External auditors are appointed to perform statutory audits on all building accounts. We strictly control cost expenditures without compromising undermining services standards.

Our Property Management System (PMS) effectively collects operation data and provides information for management planning and decision making.
We make use of the PMS to integrate various aspects of tenancy administration, such as handover of premises, fitting-out vetting, supervise of renovation works, billing and collection of rents, recovering outstanding rents and other charges and takeover of premises.
Our owners and tenants are able to use our mobile app to book facility, read notices, make handover appointment and interact with property management; the mobile app enables easy communications and shortens response time.
