Our managed property One Bay East (DMC) has been actively co-operated with the Crime Prevention Bureau and Regional Crime Prevention Offices and their efforts are being recognized and they are being commended as The "Outstanding Partner" Property, Kowloon East in the Year 2017-2018 and our frontline staff was granted The "Outstanding Security Guard" Kowloon East in the Year 2017-2018.  We feel honored and motivated for receiving these recognitions and we will continue exerting our best efforts in providing top-notch property management and security services to our customers.
