A round of applause and congratulations for our great team!  Harriman has continued to win leading property and facility management awards in the industry; we won 11 awards at the 10th Excellence in Facility Management Award (EFMA) this year. This is a fruitful and productive year for us; we are honoured to receive all of the judges’ recognition as well as that of industry practitioners. 

Our managed property, World Tech Centre, has won bronze award in the EFMA Theme Award (Asset Enhancement); this Award recognises Harriman’s outstanding achievement in executing efficient strategies to increase property value.   We will continue to work strategically with our customers to implement the asset enhancement programme and provide them with long term value.
