The Harriman’s Volunteer Team participated in the meal preparation activity at the Harvest Mill of Food Angel on 25 October 2023. Food Angel is dedicated to rescuing surplus food. The collected unconsumed food is processed at their central kitchen, and transformed into nutritious hot meals, which are redistributed to serve the underprivileged communities. On the event day, the center produced over 13,000 meals. However, this number is still insignificant compared to the demand in the communities. We will continue to encourage food donation by placing the food collection box at the designated properties, hoping to collect more food for Food Angel.

Harriman aims to share the significance behind the Food Angel through our food donation program. We aspire to cultivate a sense of compassion for the communities and vulnerable groups by engaging in this program.
