The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Hong Kong Awards are the prestige property and construction awards in the industry and having 14 different categories. One Bay East was one of the winners of “Property Management Team of the Year” in RICS Hong Kong Awards 2017; this year, One Bay East has continued challenging itself in the RICS Hong Kong Awards 2018 and being awarded the winner of RICS Sustainability Achievement of the Year.
